They use fresh ingredients, innovative flavor combinations, and exceptional skill to create a unique dining experience. Quinten and Britt’s culinary experience includes: Uchi, The Cafe at the Four Seasons, Jeffery’s and Wink in Austin and Aqua in San Francisco.

Jarod has over 10 years of experience in fine dining and event planning. He has worked in fine dining establishments in Austin, Texas & Breckenridge, Colorado. He has also worked for Austin City Limits, the Austin Film Festival and currently works for South by Southwest.
