Wagyu Hangar with Organic Green Peas, Chantrelle Mushrooms, Yukon Gold fingerlings and Sweet Corn Hollaindaise

Dessert
Lychee Panna Cotta served with Roasted Strawberry Puree, and a Thai Basil Sorbet
